I don’t think there is a referendum required to get rid of the RCMP. And I think that should be down now. Quebec relies on its own pension plan anyway – so it should not require consent from Canada for any of it.

Alberta’s CPP pensioners do not want Jason Kenney screwing them over. Has he even got a plan for them.
I’m sure they will get automatically transferred to an APP system, they’ll just have to live through a months long delay on their pensions, and live with the Idea thata social conservative has 100% control their income.
