I’m from Ireland and every morning I wake up and the first person I see in the news every morning is Trump because he’s done something even dumber than the day before
maybe, look if you have 91000 death and 1.5 million case you have about 6% mortality rate, but if you have 4 million case and 91000 death you only have about 2% mortality rate, you cannot manipulate the death because of death certificate but you can manipulate the case depending on how you make the test. BTW 2% mortality rate is better score than 6% mortality rate.
What he is failing to mention is we have the highest death rate too. This is happening in the supposedly greatest health system in the world. Not mentioning the deaths does not make them go away. The virus is out of control in U.S. –that’s what the numbers are telling us. He should be alarmed by the result. What is his plan to curb it? More bragging..

@Tranxhead I really don’t think they are any less transparent than the average country. They’re likely to have undercounted, but the real numbers shouldn’t be too far. If you compare their death ratios to other Asian countries like Vietnam, south Korea, China’s numbers aren’t that unusual

@Tranxhead Everybody knows by now, there is no reason to trust anything said by China or Russia or North Korea or WHO or the CDC of Trump & certainly never believe a word out of Trump. In fairness, do you think any country has been “transparent” with the details. They know now, that COvid-19 was in France before December 27th & when WHO heard from China of a mysterious pneumonia patient cluster was December 31. The virus would not be identified as novel for even one more week later, on January 7th. The first death due to, or clearly connected to the novel virus was on January the 11th, five days later. It was in France already & who knows where else.
It wasn’t considered deadly until they can be sure it is clearly on its own, actually deadly (Jan 11) & even this we still see people try to dispute.
