@tubewatch59 I hope you can appreciate that the General was appointed to one of the highest offices in the country. He hadn’t really even installed himself when he started the lies, lies he was later to admit to to. He plead guilty, not once but twice. He was involved with Turkey and Russia and lied about it. What would you expect to happen to YOU if you had lied to Congress? No deep state foolishness. A simple crime of knowingly giving false evidence.

@Gary Moore – Note the DOJ opinion recently. They’re not pardoning him because they feel sorry for him, they’re throwing the case out BECAUSE THERE WERE NO CRIMES!!! It was a setup (read the way the FBI was going after him for no reason) because he knew enough to shut down the deep state campaign to oust Trump. Barr eventually was able to begin reigning it in because he also knew enough about what was going on to spot the evil of it. This was Soviet stuff, something you lefties might just like, but free Americans do not. If he’d really done as you say (and if you’re still choosing to ignore all the evidence and Brady material proving the disgusting behaviour of the FBI leadership that surfaced recently) then how come Jensen (not Barr) has now thrown it out? You do realize (don’t you?) that they had his son over a barrel. Not for wrongdoings but because when they want to get you they can make up stuff and get you to plead to it (or else…) I’d like for you to one day be in a situation like that to understand just how it feels to be unjustly accused of a crime and having to admit to it or else you will forever be under their thumb. No nation can endure injustice like that. But it does suit dictatorial regimes because they can arrest whoever they want on put up charges and get convictions. You really want an America like that? It seems you do. Well no thanks, the rest of us do not. This was overturned because sometimes, eventually, the system works, but not always or for everyone. This kind of evil must stop. This is not America. Be a part of fixing that, or get out of the way.
