I am walking away from the Democratic Party tonight too, I can’t take it anymore. I will be protest voting in favor of Trump (as much as it sickens me to do so). Perhaps when the Democrats lose so badly in 2020 they will then decide to become progressive. Until then I will not tolerate this party’s insanity anymore.

@Philip Marsden Sanders wouldn’t lose to Trump. Trump literally went on the and promised universal healthcare. Sanders would win by being genuine and Trump would just rant. Especially with the small margin he won against Clinton despite all the negatives around her

@Justuas maybe not. He’s got baggage like Clinton and he acts senile. The “but Ukraine” attack is already primed. He’s also establishment which trump can use against him. For sanders the attack is he socialist or communist but trump would still have to argue why what he’s saying is bad. Why people should be bankrupted by medical bills, why their kids should be in debt etc.

Bernie supporters will refuse to vote for Biden, literally handing the win to trump. Wake up, people – trump must GO.
The issue is bernie supporters are young, the young ususally dont care about politcs but bernie got em to, getting them to vote for biden will be tricky, i think biden will need to get a bit more radical with certain policies like climate change and healthcare to get alot of them on board. Otherwise it’s probably gonna be 2016 again.
Watch as the Trump administration is going to cut us a stimulus check, essentially buying votes against the democrat’s will and his supporters will praise his “socialism”.
