@God_of_Rawr Find them where the food is. Here it’s called Daycare Center For the Homeless. I’ll concede that it would be hard to count them all, however.
The same way the illegals are, one turd on the sidewalk at a time.
We have out ways, mostly going out and literally looking for places they might be. And yes, going to places and programs for the homeless that include shelters, food kitchens, employment centers, etc is one of the main ways.

The U.S. taxpayer spends hundreds of millions of dollars to eradicate the repeated outbreaks that continue to this day, despite promises from the Chinese to do better.

I’m 100% Cajun.. and I can tell ya.. we have some large families. in Cajun Country… It is not as common these days but we still have many families that consist of more then 10 in one household.. brothers, sisters, mom and dad… My mother came from a family of 13 children my father a family of 15 children. Catholics… mostly in southern Louisiana…. I was born in NOLA and grew up in the middle of Cajun Country. it’s not going to be easy to get us Cajuns to change much of our life styles.. But it has to be. it must be . it is imperative that everyone take this Extremely Serious !!!! And do their part (s).
Combine efforts: door-to-door census combined with door-to-door COVID19 testing.
That is actually, if implemented correctly, a potentially good idea. Two person teams: one checking temperatures and coughs; the other collecting household information.
@Anthony Hewetson This way, we could also make sure these households have accurate information about the virus and know how to keep each other as safe as possible. Most of these homes do not have access to the internet. I live in Mississippi. The need is great. 🙁

I just did our Census online. It’s quick and easy, I suggest it. I don’t want strangers knocking on my door right now. I’ve been self isolating for 2 1/2 weeks.

This is my 1st time filling out a census and I’m 70+ yrs old. Then HUD needs to fire Ben Carson so the work gets done properly. Ben Carson needs either medical treatment or drug intervention ASAP as he has been going down hill for the last two years.
