The Republicans what to use this Pandemic to cut payroll taxes!! These taxes are used to fund Medicare and Social Security!! They very much want to eliminate these programs at a time when people are more than ever dependent on these programs. This is the face of pure evil.

The homeless population has exploded due to the high cost of living and lack of jobs that pay a decent wage to get by. The government just bailed out the markets but should also help people who are more vulnerable. Many other countries are more set up and have policies in place to help in a time of a pandemic. Here in Asia most of the schools have been shutdown many people are now working online. Paid sick leave should be a mandatory policy for businesses especially if it doesn’t hurt their bottom line. In times like this you need a competent government which currently we don’t have. How is kicking people off food stamps going to help the hungry? How is locking people up who are in the streets going to help their situation? In a good economy people should be able to have enough saving to get by in an emergency situation. Many people rely now on Social Security as pension plans are cut from businesses as the CEO sits and gets his golden parachute if the company fails even if there part of the cause like the market crash in 2008. America u are broken.

Good nutrition, health care, affordable shelter, education job preparation these are issues we all need to be focusing on and improving this country for the benefit of all not just the rich. Invest in the people of this country not the stock market. Take us from the brink of being a third world country with a dictator to a country where everyone has the opportunity to meet their potential as productive citizens in a great country .

to guarantee housing as a human right and to eliminate homelessness
to guarantee universal childcare and pre-school to every family in America who needs it
to eliminate all of the $81 billion in past due medical debt held by 79 million Americans
Last but not least, medicare for all Americans.
