I would have preferred if CN rail put mad max style spiked scoop ramming grills on the front of their rail cars and indifferently and indiscriminately plowed through blockades but I suppose this will do.
Arrest and charge anarchists/illegal blockaders. Make sure they get big fines and PERMANENT CRIMINAL RECORDS. The RULE OF LAW applies to ALL!
I don’t think it’s a solution, it will only bring more hate and revolt from the first nations. Consequently, more blockages or even sabotage. Repression is not the answer. The only viable solution is to cancel the pipeline project.
