very well said, ty everyone. and of course the ‘peace plan’ was going to be a non-starter. both trumputin and netanyahu knew it but both needed something to distract from their legal troubles. both are corrupt and just using this as a ‘look, a squirrel’ moment until they can come up with another excuse.
Everyone knew the Palestinians wouldn’t sign up on day one, but that’s why it has a four-year reservation. As days click past, the offer will get more and more appealing, especially if now there’s an effort to wipe out the racist terror groups like Hamas and Hezbollah. Just wait to see if there’s not a crackdown in the next year, and suddenly divorced from their brutal Gestapo, the Palestinians may think differently.

Executive Privilege is all about National Security! Presidential privilege to protect an individual doesn’t really exist in my humble opinion!

Bolton already submitted his transcript for review to make sure it didn’t threaten national security and was safe for publication, it actually was leak by someone doing the review. Since it pass the review that means anything in his book cannot be covered by executive privilege.
The book has not been cleared, and probably won’t be anytime soon.

byron moncrief The purpose in not allowing witnesses or documents is not to keep the truth from the Senate (they all know the truth), but rather to keep it from the American people. This, of course, protects Trump, and all of the Republicans. They don’t want to lose their places in the House or Senate when their constituents find out that they have been lying about Trump’s illegal activities.
