in a real jury selection, as depicted on the tv show ‘Bull’, both prosecutor and defense attorneys put the prospective jurors thru a vetting process called voir dire to weed out the ones with known prejudice against their side or pro the other side. apparently this is not to occur for the senate jurors in this most important, once in a blue moon, government showdown. if there was ever a time needed for voir dire, this would be it.
