There is a law regarding Presidential papers and records which mandates a stenographer is present taking notes during meetings with foreign dignitaries. Unfortunately didn’t follow that law when meeting with Putin and I would bet there is no stenographer in the meeting between Drumpf and Lavrov. High crimes continue to occur in the WH.
