Well, your “one thing clear” is highly inaccurate, democrats aren’t on trial. Next, there is no doubt Trump is GUILTY. The entire GOP is hoping for that. It would allow them to NOT VOTE either way in the House/Senate, and do not create deep rift in the GOP voters (regardless which way their Representatives and Senators vote). Even if 10% of GOP voters skip voting or vote for non-Trump Rep/Senator in next elections, the Dems will take EVERYTHING.
The biggest prize in the entire impeachment is breaking-up GOP and their total loss in 2020, not Trump’s removal.
Makes sense, Schiff was a lawyer so he’s organized the material into separate possible crimes for the judiciary committee to vote on them.

@donnie henderson Why don’t you idiots understand that IMPEACHMENT is what the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES does. Impeachment is a done deal, genius. They draft the articles, then vote on it and BOOM, he’s impeached. THEN those articles are sent to the Senate and the president is put on trial. Comrade trumpski WILL be the third US President impeached. The senate won’t convict and remove, because they are all bought and paid for, but it won’t matter much. I love having to explain 8th grade civics to you rocket scientists.

He was at Trump’s mercy … ‘give me what I want or else your people keep dying’. That’s extortion. He then got missiles he was told not to use.
