It may be of some help if the names of Alex’s guards, and the supervisors of the guards are known. The names of the judiciary involved the the cases against him would also be helpful. If the actions of these people can be shown to be crimes against humanity, and their names published, then cases might be started in the Hague. These people are cowards and will step back from what they are doing, even just a little if they are aware there will be lifetime worldwide consequences of their villainy.
