I suspect that the purchaser couldn’t get a mortgage or it was an investment and house prices have tanked
Hope no one has a down-payment on any of them or took mortgage , could be awhile till there rebuild or if the main contractor hasn’t got proper insurance the consumer could be out in the cold 😮
