Put everything on computer like UK Canada Australia USA and all the others countries from the person registered with a doctor or hospital they get a registration number so do it doesn’t matter which doctors or hospital they attended from you give your date of birth and address people them dont need health card people can also lost the cards them too been Jamaica like to fellow other countries put it on computer
