I am thinking that the elderly people in the infirmary might not be mentally ill:it may just be dementia and alzhemia,when elderly are suffering from such diseases their behavior changes:and needed skills and trained caring compassionate people to care for them.
they do not need to be locked up into any place by themselves:they just need someone who can understand what they’re going through.
