Ok so let me get this straight: You intentionally withhold aid for 55 days. WHILE THE AID IS WITHHELD, you employ your minions to get the President of Ukraine to make a public announcement that they are investigating your top political rival. You then get CAUGHT withholding the aid that Congress had already appropriated. And you then release the aid AFTER you get caught. And then you get Jim Jordan to try to discredit Taylor by arguing that BECAUSE Ukraine never ended up doing the interview and BECAUSE Ukraine eventually got the money, there was no quid pro quo to begin with? In what world does that make ANY SENSE? Just because Ukraine EVENTUALLY got the money, and just because Ukraine DIDN’T do the interview doesn’t change the fact that you ATTEMPTED to strong arm them into doing an investigation by withholding the aid. You got caught and HAD TO release the money to save face and Ukraine got their money AND DIDN’T give an interview they DIDN’T want to do to begin with.

I donāt know why they impeached over Ukraine and not Russia. There were plenty of people calling for an impeachment after the Mueller report. Itās probably because this directly implicated Trump himself and is much more obvious.
The ātranscriptā doesnāt exonerate Trump of extortion (itās not a transcript anyway. The document itself literally says itās not a transcript). Even in the fake transcript itās pretty clear to see that Trump tried to pressure Zelynski for political investigations. Multiple Trump administration officials have already admitted that the White House meeting and the aid were withheld to get Ukraine to announce political investigations.
