“Whether an egregious violation or a slight one?” Whether an egregious murder or a slight murder, it’s still a murder.
Fluff charges will get them all dropped and they’ll walk.
老實說,我們都記得這個視頻:-
https://youtu.be/RmKA26-CNBU
After seeing the videos, I hope this lawyer resigns because all those police officers are toast!!!
Black on black violence in this country is getting out of control.
I’m so glad George Floyd is still sober after almost 1000 days of sobriety
Not capable of delivering the blow, yet too weak to stop the horrendous action. Here in the Netherlands that dudr will be charged with murder, he was an accomplise. Doesn’t matter he didnt deliver the blow he sure as hell could’ve.
How is being a law officer, a dream career in your life and end up in jail..? Beat the hell out of me.
Beats the hell…? I see what you did there 🤦♂️
Before attempting to dream, learn what humanity is all about.
@tittie
The police Union is the largest Union in America. I hope every cop in America watches closely while President Brandon creepy sniff throws the police under the bus this weekend…
Mmm yea, go read that outloud and aee if you dont get looked at funny. “I would be nice” the fug you talking about.
Truly is sad that anyone no matter who they are can turn into someone who murders in cold blood and not protecting and serving the public. Stay safe and strong take care have a good weekend.👍🏽
So according to this lawyer, a video of 5 officers beating a man to death could “make it difficult for officers to do their job”? Excuse me but, WTF??
he also said that police officers should be able to violate your fourth amendment protections, otherwie that could make it difficult as well.
If Cops can’t Violate CItizens RIghts, how can they do their job!?!?!??!
Why would a defense attorney want to go on TV like this, especially at such an early stage? Also he looks like Senator Tom Cotton from nearby Arkansas.
Poor judgement and clout chasing.
Inbreeding from that part of world. Hill billies often look like Tom Cotton for some reason.
OMG I have been going deep inside my mind wondering why I thought I saw this lawyer before. Side angle of his face. You are so right.
Lawyer is trying to make his client before the video is released
Omfg, u right! That Dude looks EXACTLY like Cotton! 😱
The Defense Attorney has no clue about the Officer he is representing!! Looking a Client in their eyes doesn’t excuse wrongdoing!!
They didn’t act as individuals, they acted as a group a team, not as a moral independent thinker.
Laten we eerlijk zijn, we onthouden allemaal deze video:-https://youtu.be/8LNSEIaZukY
@Creamy Sauce they are a gang
Exactly!! Therefore they all should receive the same punishment! If someone tried to protect this man, that would be different…
Yup 1 by 1 they all carry the blame. If anything the ones that didn’t do anything but watch, should get even more serious charges and long sentences on top of life that the others should get.
If five people beat someone to death whether he threw one punch or ten, he is culpable. And of course the lawyer trots out the old “you weren’t there, you don’t know” routine. Not this time. Where is the police union in this? Did they hire this lawyer?
Lawyer: “you’re telling me that officers are gonna be subject to laws now?!”
@Samuel Hong He is defending police officers that murdered a man. It doesn’t matter what he’s done and you have no idea what the OP of this comment has or hasn’t done re: racism. Its not a spit in the face. Its calling out BS. The fact is a man was stopped by police and ended up in the hospital where he later died from his injuries. It’s indefensible and when we see the video I’m sure you’ll change your tune.
@Samuel Hong Wtf are you talking about? Your English ain’t articulate.
@Ms. Chris but that’s his job not his personal beliefs. Hope you can distinguish the two. He’s a lawyer. It’s what he does. Just because he’s defending them doesn’t mean he doesn’t believe in racism. Matter of fact, I bet he knows more about systemic racism than you and me. And I’m not here to dispute what happened.
@Samuel Hong no one said he didn’t know anything about racism and you seem to have a lot of ideas about who and who doesnt know about or do things about racism. Also, I know it’s his job but he’s still defending monsters. Someone has to do it but that still doesn’t negate the fact that these men beat a suspect to death and this attorney is pretending they didn’t. I always find it strange that attorneys are able to look past the guilt of their clients. Again, I know it’s their job and defense attorneys are necessary for the law to be fair, but it still doesn’t erase the fact that he’s defending the indefensible. If you’re able to overlook the violence and harm your client caused, it makes one wonder why. It makes one wonder how some attorneys can in good conscience overlook the things their clients do. Just like woman defending Bryan Kohberger. Someone has to do it but also why chose to be that attorney who defends these people. Not everyone is guilty and defense attorneys are necessary to defend those people, but when the crime is obvious and its obvious your client is committed that crime then how can anyone whether its their job or not overlook that?
@Ms. Chris It’s a slippery slope.
“I’ve looked him in the eye and he’s a good man” He either beat a kid to death, or stood by watching others do it. That’s not a good man.
Just more black on black violence.
Something has to be done.
Looks like that the other 4 ex-officers would feel safer in jail right now!
I couldn’t even finish watching this video.
@M Taylor same
@snoski Yes, I know that. Good one, tho. I guess my last sentence left it open for interpretation, huh? It took all after noon to remember it. It’s Aid and Abet. An aider and abettor is criminally liable to the same extent as the person committing the crime. At first I thought guilt by association, but that’s what my mom would tell my brother to keep him from hanging around the wrong people.
Great job Don. The attorney is foolish for engaging.
Don exposed him
I want to see this interview again after he watches the video.
Any attorney who speaks to live TV without seeing any evidence is an idiot. Truly. Completely insane. 😮
Absolutely correct. This is totally inappropriate and Mills should find another attorney.
Not necessarily, at the end of the day its not he who will be going to prison, its the client. What i do know is that those defendants will have hell to pay once they go to the big house. Some one will want to play hero and take them out. Thats why they often go into isolation cells
He’s planting a seed.
He’s just as much as a novice at his profession as is the cop he’s representing…
@Daniel AA His case is allready dead he’s got no case his client will get 25 years to think about his actions.
Don’t worry everybody, the police are investigating themselves, I’m sure justice will be served.
It’s such a shame that police officers can’t learn to behave like real human beings
You mean black people.
They are not! I want to see a proof that they are humans. They don’t act like one so I doubt it
Husbands and wives sometimes don’t really know each other after years of marriage but this lawyer knows what this ex-officer is capable of by “looking him in the eye” after a brief meeting. Please. A lawyer should be able to do better than that.
Tʜᴀɴᴋꜱ…ꜱᴇɴᴅ ᴍᴇ ᴀ ᴅɪʀᴇᴄᴛ ᴍᴇꜱꜱᴀɢᴇ ᴏɴ Wʜᴀᴛꜱᴀᴘᴘ ᴡɪᴛʜ ᴛʜᴇ ɴᴜᴍʙᴇʀ ᴀʙᴏᴠᴇ📊
Money make people see things.
Lawyers are paid to protect the guilty. When someone has kicked or repeatedly stomped a child or person in the head, Lawyers tell their clients if they did anything like that they better not tell no one. So in other words fuk the welfare and needs of the victim if they memory has been wiped out and cannot speak for themselves. This is the same thing my mother did to me and others intentionally aiming for our heads with deadly weapons inflicting serious pain and injuries. A lifetime life changing near death experience. Attempt to murder is the charges if the victim lives. Murder if the victim dies. God see 👀 everything behind closed doors and people really don’t believe in God. Because he slow allowing theses evil people to do as they please. Hurting one another. 💔 Yes my heart aches. I have no trust in the system at all. They are all incompetent. Look at who they hire crooked curropt cops. The problem is the people that’s hiring theses evil mf
To prove the 2nd degree murder charge, his lawyer says that there must be proven his actions led were certain to cause death. ummm.. acting in concert with 4 other burly officers IS certain to cause death. And his actions led to a few more kicks and hits that in the absence of those, could have prevented the victim’s death.
So the threat of being held responsible for their actions will make it harder to do their job? Wow, just wow.
Can we re-interview this guy and hear what he has to say after the video is released?
I agree have a great weekend and stay safe and strong, 👍🏽
Who gives an F. All we want to see is CONVICTION. And we want to see charges for every cop that stood by and watched and every other “helping” professional that failed to render aid. Every Last One.
Anyone of those cops could have prevented this from happening, instead they chose to punish an innocent man, and those cops deserve the electric chair #RIP ❤️🙏
It looked to me that there was a mob mentality going on. It looks like they all played a part and it was horrific what took place.
