You are CORRECT.. There are several articles spanning years were this has been happening in Jamaica’s financial institutions. They DO NOT conduct proper Audits and Audits are not done often enough. The situation with a Bank called NCB had a lady stealing money over 3 years before she was caught.

The USA should investigate all businesses include all Banks and all government entities even the tax offices need investigate,my uncle land was taken away and give to stranger by a judge in St Thomas!the tax office was collecting taxes for the land fr both of us at the same time and I only know when I left all the way fr UK to go to court the judge told me not to go to the land and trouble the woman,cost me a lot of money plus fare to go to JA and all the money paid to the tax office not return,now if they were collecting from 2 persons for the said land who was getting all that money and I am sure I am not the only person this has happened or is happening to ,not even the investigators there can’t be trusted they are all professional scammers
