@Christoph Brinkmann A sitting active president of the United States which Donald Trump was at the time had the power to take and declassify documents. A VP on the other hand which Biden was at the time had absolutely no power to take and declassify documents under any circumstances. That is the big, big difference between the two. Biden gave the documents back because he got caught and wasn’t suppose to have them in the first place lol.

Well according to US law, storing classified documents in your garage is NOT a good defense even if it was locked and contained your Corvette.

First he said the FBI planted the documents … then he said “the docs belong to me” … then he said ” I declassified by just thinking about it”. Then it took him 6 months to send some of them back to NARA. That’s why FBI searched his home cause he wasn’t being truthful (as usual) & he didn’t want to return the documents. So get your facts straight before you start calling names!
