Those justices should have already been removed from the court and charged with lying to Congress, as that’s an actual crime.

As you say, it’s all allegations until charges are brought against the lawyer or he files a civil suit against her for slander. With all the coverage I’d say the lawyer can file that civil suit by the end of this week. Should be breaking news on Fox. I’ll keep an eye out for it.
