Unacceptable. I’d honestly force myself off the plane. Imagine locking someone in the back seat of a cab or Uber for 12 hours? That would be a criminal offence, called unlawful confinement. How’s this any different? Get a bus. Pull it up to the plane. Get them into the building. How hard is that? I’d be furious.
