    1. Gaetz is truly a man who will deflect and cry about facts. The reason they don’t allow him in is because he cause chaos in the hearings. Look in the past at how he conducts himself. It’s like a child at Walmart that can’t have a toy.

    1. @TJ Roelsma If they were made to live under the same laws and policy positions they impose on us, things would change real fast. But, they keep being rewarded for not doing their jobs by being re-elected and stuffing their pockets, so there is no impetus to change. WE have to change it!

    2. well, he was only twenty when he got his dui where he was four times the legal limit and daddy got him off…. you see, karma eventually will catch up with every scum bag like that, he will be dealed with sooner than later, that I feel in my bones. Florida, you should be so embarrassed…..

    3. @Laurette LaLiberte I agree, but thus far the people that have presented themselves to the voters to be “better” often are even worse. Look at Trump in the US, Johnson in the UK etc.

    1. @Chris Colquitt First, Trump isn’t going down as you put it. There has to be a provable crime, of which there is none. This is why Schitt is holding these secret meetings to craft a workable lie to present to the American people to justify his coup attempt. He will fail miserably because the American people are not stupid. We see what he is doing. Gaetz is exactly right. These proceedings must be open to the public and these witnesses need to be in public to make their accusations and show their proof. Schitt can’t just make stuff up and leak only what he wants to leak public. That is obstruction of justice at it’s worst.

    1. He probably sings “slave catcher” songs in the shower!📣📣🎵🎵🎵This to get himself amped up for the days hyjenks!

    2. when you say you’re “deeply offended” at being identified as a white man, we know we are dealing with a misogynistic racist.

    1. Anthony Browne I disagree. There are no number of classes that would improve or illuminate the minds of people like these Republicans. Children’s safety should come first.

    2. @Yeye A You could be right. I would at least give them 1 chance. If we could save 1 family, it would be worth it.

  1. “It begs the question: What are they hiding?”
I dunno, fuckwit, maybe you could ask any of 47 of your party colleagues, who I’m sure would be happy to tell you anything Trump might want to know.

    1. Whats your disgusting is that they are poison to the American people. And some do believe them. Education in the USA has failed us.

    2. @Jesse James If that is honestly what you saw unfolding, it is no wonder Trump and the boys are so successful at taking you breathtakingly ignorant followers for all you are worth…= 0. You better hang tighter onto your wallet and dignity, buddy!

  2. Hey frat boy – a “deposition” isn’t a character witness, and there isn’t any “cross examination” – it’s a witness statement,. I am not a lawyer and I know this. #voteHimOut

    1. You know wrong. Cross-examinations are sometimes required in depositions to prevent violation of 6th amendment rights. The problem with Gaetz’s complaints is more that he’s assuming both that he should get the transcripts despite being neither Trump’s lawyer nor an active jury member and that the questions that are most relevant wouldn’t be asked again during an impeachment trial. Also, the right to cross-examination is only actually required in criminal cases, which I don’t think includes impeachment.

    2. @Stanley Johnson Is there anything wrong with someone not being an attorney but knows something about being one? Isn’t it just like being a United States president?

  3. This guy annoys me. Like a spoiled little boy who thinks he’s smart and isn’t. But he’s never had his stupidity made clear to him.

    1. He got a Lexus instead of a Mercedes for his 16 birthday. He’s a mad man since then. Of course I made that just up but it’s possible.

  4. Seeing this white man being “deeply offended” by what a white woman said is ummm… hilarious. The ignorance and sensitivity of this man is mind blowing
