Starlink is both of great advantage for Russians and Ukraine. Hence, SpaceX has geofenced its use to only incorporate the Ukrainian-occupied areas. With rapidly expanding frontlines towards the Russians, it’s hard to specifically allow only one party over another in real-time. Consequently, as Ukrainians moved into what was marked as Russian-occupied territory, “outages” were experienced. This is further supported by the fact that it was only on the front lines. Plus, the quote: “what, i’m just doing what they said ; )” has never been saying. In response to the outages, he said they were doing their best and roughly explained the situation.
