    1. @Rick you can not vandalize glass with soup. You need acid etching or an electric micro engraver.

    2. @Zsolt Vincze then ur emotional and need to talk to a professional to help u iron out these emotional issues You have

    3. @Climate Solutions Mashups and whatnots that’s one of the dumbest things I’ve seen someone say on the internet

    4. @NooBloodshot you don’t understand vandalism?… Just to be clear were talking about going into a museum and throwing soup on glass covered artwork and you would like to discuss chemistry?

  1. Stopping oil…means they don’t have fuel or energy to cook that can of soup as well. Is this kid talking about saving the planet or the cost of inflation…

    1. @NooBloodshot The protestors [spoiled brats] complained about the price oil affecting people’s ability to heat soup.
Their message was a mixed message.
And they all too clearly picked the wrong target thus destroyed ANY point they were trying to make.

    2. @NooBloodshot ok…. I dunno about you but I got a gas furnace n stove. So are we talking fire places or solar ways?? Electric furnace and stove on solar would be okay.

    3. you must still live in the stone age, you need to take a look around yourself ..there are alternative ways to make electricity so if we use the alternatives to gas and oil on the things that we can then it means we use LESS oil and gas, as nobody has clamed that we can eradicate all gas usage but giving ourselves more time to figure out the rest is a bit better than just digging your heels and hoping for the best.

    1. @Climate Solutions Mashups and whatnots calm down. it’s friday, have a drink. the earth will still be around when you’re dead, so throw in a taco with that drink.

    1. If you can tell me why that painting is so important and why its worth so much money and is protected, i will agree with you.

    1. ITS JUST A PAINTING !!! If you can tell me why that painting is so important and why its worth so much money and why it is protected, i will agree with you.

    1. That’s not how the legal system works. One doesn’t get thrown in jail indefinitely for vandalism, no matter what you post online.

    2. If you can tell me why that painting is so important and why its worth so much money and is protected, i will agree with you.

    3. @Climate Solutions Mashups and whatnots Actually, because of cuts and backlogs in the legal system, some of these protestors have been languishing for months in prison while waiting for their court cases. So I wouldn’t be so co cky about that if I were you.

  2. It’s quite ironic how they’re complaining about hungry families when they have literally just dumped entire tins of soup on something so valuable. I wonder what the definition of progress means to them

    1. @Climate Solutions Mashups and whatnots 1 this is rock and roll as hell. 2 brave kids. 3 idc about oil use but this is dope.

    2. I am so confused about the movement so…’STOP THE OIL” but she says “OIL IS TOO EXPENSIVE, FAMILIES ARE GOING HUNGRY”….UH I think what you mean is “DRILL, BABY, DRILL”

    3. If you can tell me why that painting is so important and why its worth so much money and is protected, i will agree with you.

  3. Well, isn’t that oil painting made from a different type of oil back then? And what would that have to do with todays oil situation? Would this be a federal criminal mischief charge? Or are they going to get rewarded for this?

  4. Just leave them glued to the wall with the cameras rolling and walk away for a day or so and see how dedicated they are. Just leave them glued to the wall with the cameras rolling and walk away for a day or so and see how dedicated they are.

  5. The value of that painting must be $100 million +, if any of that soup got behind the glass that’s a hell of alot of jail time.

    1. If you can tell me why that painting is so important and why its worth so much money and is protected, i will agree with you.

    2. I think a fine would be fair no jail time we can want to turn everyone into hard criminals by sending them to jail.

Besides sometimes you have to do things like this to get any attention to your message.

I would never be able to bring myself to damage any work of art but then again I’m not an activist..

    3. @Paquita El Maestro you also have been brainwashed into thinking art has a monetary value and are miss the message the artist is trying to portray.

  6. If you don’t want to destroy the point you are making
make sure you pick the right target and not the wrong target.

  7. What does a painting have to do with the environment!? They should be jailed and charged the same price for that painting as bail. Stupidity….

    1. If you can tell me why that painting is so important and why its worth so much money and is protected, i will agree with you.

  8. Let’s whine about hunger and heat issues by attempting to vandalize art from an artist who went cold and hungry for most of his life
