Jones is guilty. Jones has not conducted himself in an intelligent way. He thinks he can lie his way out of the criminality of his acts.

This guy only opens his mouth to shove his foot into it, again and again because he doesn’t know when to shut up. The problem may be that he’s never been punched in the face for saying the stupid things he says, so never learned that particular life lesson.

Leave Jones a quarter so he has money to call someone that gives a sh%^.
He failed to cooperate with discovery and was automatically found guilty. His choice.
“Not wrong on purpose”? He wants to paint himself as a journalist. Part of that job involves doing actual research to either debunk or verify the leads. He started off with the assumption that Sandy Hook and other tragedies were hoaxes, dismissed all evidence to the contrary in favor of like-minded conspiracy theorists who were also lacking any evidence beyond repeating what Jones said. And considering that he only admitted his error after being found guilty, I doubt that he’s even the tiniest bit sincere.
Lastly, I think pretty good rule of thumb is that it’s a good idea to avoid insulting the judge, whether to their face or to reporters, while the trial is still on-going. But by all means, Alex, keep it up. You’ll end up penniless and on the street. When that happens, don’t look to welfare or charity, because those are socialism and therefore evil in your eyes.
Calling the judge presiding over your trial a tyrant is so brilliant. Bet it gets him off scott free………well, maybe not…..probably not…… he’s dogmeat.
It’s just a sematics game on Jones’ part. He was ordered to not talk about it because it could influence his base. What does he do? He talks about how he can’t talk about it and says not talking about it will perjur him. The meaning of that is exactly what he was ordered not to talk about. He would not be perjur himself by keeping his mouth shut.
If I were the judge and this came to my attention I would immediately sanction him for it.
For a guy who sells millions of “nutritional supplements” he is in awful shape.
LOL! The judge will not allow the defendant to regale the court with his diatribe of innocence during the penalty phase of a case where he was found GUILTY. LOL! She is such a “tyrant.” LOL!
So this Alex guy made millions lying about the people who suffered this tragic loss. He sure seems to enjoy what he does? I hope he payes every penny he has or has hidden because that seems right.

Is he going to call this judge a demon too? Is his attorney going to send another unmarked copy of his phone to the plaintiff?
You can’t argue not guilty when you have admitted to it so many times. That is literally illegal
