@Tammy Boon although this was eloquently written, I’m kind of confused as to how to respond to this lol….. soooooo I guess the only thing I can say is…. Government sucks…. It’s not just Trump this happens on both sides, it’s just that Trump had the balls to do all of these things out in the open(which, I can respect)….. The issue I have with democrats, is for 4 years they watched this man do what he wanted. Tried and tried to catch him but couldn’t. Now they’re in power and have the same opportunities to do what he did and won’t….. that’s neither here nor there. As a veteran I wasn’t mad at all about the games played recently with the pact act, because that’s what it is….. it’s a game being played on both sides. I was more upset that it took sooooo long to get things done for us veterans. Either way I hope for your sake and others that things do work in your favor. I just don’t see it happening. Tbh honest I don’t see things get better wether it’s trump/Biden/ or anyone else for that matter. The reality of it all is there is no “middle ground” anymore. There is no “bipartisanship” Politician’s on the left and right are allowed to do whatever and the common citizen like us are left to battle it out via comment sections, protest,etc. But hey this is America. What possible reason could he have had for taking classified documents home? It was a stupid thing to do, and it raises awkward and serious questions. Americans trusted this man as their President and Commander in Chief. It is important that Americans, especially those who voted for him should know what his intentions and reasons were.

Having our capitol building attacked by his followers for the first time since less friendly Brits did it in 1812 is historic. 24 hour “for profit news” requires daily discussion points. There are other broadcasters who do a better job relating the historic un-American outrageousness of the times.
The trick is, you redact the redactions. When a kid opens his Christmas present it doesn’t include a list of everything else your parents saw in the store that day. It will be a generalized non specific list. The judge saw something that can have a dramatic effect without revealing details. How many people lived in a building that caught on fire and how many got out. Not who died of burns and who died of smoke inhalation. Screw people like Hannity or Eric trying to turn the tables. They can’t rewrite the law. Don had a multitude of reasons for keeping those papers. Power. Control. Cache. Parlay. Entitlement. Screwing over the Biden admin. Michael Flynn.

“Merely taking federal documents home can be a crime”. How about the woman who spent 3 months in prison for having a sensitive document in her hotel room? You think she may have committed a crime, do you? Well the government had no trouble charging, convicting and jailing her. Doesn’t seem like they “thought it could be a crime” was a possibility but a certainty. But when it comes to “big” people they’re not so sure even in the face of indisputable evidence and the whole thing gets tossed to the media to even further cloud perfectly clear waters.
