A Dizzying 24 Hours Of President Donald Trump-Ukraine Headlines | Morning Joe | MSNBC
Trump is just trying to flood the market with nonsense and confusion.
That’s true! He’s like a drug addict. When he’s got his drug, he’s on top of the world, gesticulating, strutting, bragging, lying at 90 miles per hour. But when the high wears off, it’s down in the dumps again and he’s a poor, pitiful harassed president.

@Brainjock There is a time-release adderall called Vyvanse. Maybe he’s on that and it kicked in or something or maybe it’s just straight adderall bu the man is an emotional roller coaster. Adults learn that “I have emotions but I am not my emotions” but not this man. He rides that roller coaster up and down and it’s in control.
When he was in the down mode, he ordered hat airstrike and when was in this mood, when things look better, he cancelled it.

I’m watching Trump on TV speak to reporters and he’s like a horse on meth, jumping everywhere, strutting, bragging, eyes wide. By the end of the day when his emotions flag, he’ll flag too and whine about presidential harassment. Whatever mental disease Trump has, it’s got a yoyo in it attached to his emotions. Totally unstable.
