Mueller couldn’t indict Trump because of the OLC policy against indicting a sitting President, even though Mueller cited multiple acts of obstruction of justice. But now we’ve reached a tipping point. Trump pressured a foreign government to help him dig up dirt on a political opponent in the 2020 election. And Bill Barr is implicated. And Rudy Giuliani.
