It is even worse than it sounds. This is really all about Russia. Much of the money he is taking from the military was earmarked for aid to Ukraine to help them fight against Russian aggression. So this is just another check mark on Putin’s “to do” list for Trump.
Since when do senators/lawmakers care about their own states, let alone America? If they did, Trump would have been under the impeachment process long ago.

These military projects took time and money to get passed. Trump is throwing away more money than you think! Very inefficient tactic in trumps playbook…. As always….

I wouldn’t cry too much about the loss of money for these military projects. I am sure the completely Demopublican (Republamocratic) controlled Congress, bought and paid for by the military industrial complex, will likely restore this money and probably add another $50 billion in bonuses, as they always do. And the so called ‘resistance’ wouldn’t ever consider impreaching Trump for this or any of his other dozens of criminal offences. In a true representative democracy this money could have been taken and used to put up all of these immigrants in 5 star hotels with the best food money could buy, and do so at a huge savings over what is currently spent to cage them in concentration camps that make a regular US private prison seem like a picnic (You save a lot when you take away the fat payoffs to establishment’s private prison industry croneys!) I would bet if we did this, very few of them would ‘run’ and fail to appear in court, as the Trump fascists like to claim they do (even though when simply released with nothing statistics show the vast majority still show up to court (who doesn’t want to be legal, specially when you are brown or black skinned in one of the most racist countries on Earth. I know many will disagree with that last statement, but when you consider that when the horrific treatment at these concentration camps was exposed, Trump’s popularity did not take a hit, it actually reached an all time high!) No, I won’t shed a tear for lost military funding, though I feel bad for working people who they employed. Let’s allow Bernie to provide these workers with meaningful work that does not involve making bombs to drop on innoccent people around the world who have never threatened the USA in any significant way. Bernie 2020–It’s probably too late, but we can’t just give up.
