  1. Trump: “We’re going to be very strong on doing nothing. I’m going to be tremendously strong on doing nothing. I’ve spoken to Mitch McConnell, and he is fully on board with doing nothing as well. So we are both on the same page when it comes to doing nothing. I’ve done more on doing nothing than any president in history.”

  2. So if I’m diagnosed with schizophrenia, all I need to do is find a private seller? πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

    1. @James Davis – Point is, if there were reasonable restrictions so that not everyone could so easily get a gun, there might be fewer problems.
Does everyone that gets a gun in the ghetto, even if legally, deserve one?

    2. Jow Bloe Ah Yes. Reasonable restrictions. Such a vague term that means nothing. There are already reasonable restrictions.
Like felons can’t get a gun. Yet liberals believe that after you’ve served your time you shouldn’t be judged for it or have it held against you.πŸ€”
No they don’t. Except for the people who aren’t criminals. They should be allowed to buy guns TO DEFEND themselves from the criminals that ILLEGALLY have them. That’s the point.

    1. what are you talking about all the amendments are the rights of the people, self defense is a human right.

    1. @The Fibler and you go to jail unless you are the guy that just horse trading with other people and most gun show venues have really clamped down on that the people you see buying lots of guns on sale or cheap and selling them at gun shows are operating an illegal business that requires an FFL by law and they are arrested all the time

  3. It takes NOTHING if you go to a gun show. Just pay in cash and walk out with an AK17 and 10,000 rounds of ammo in just minutes.

    1. Ryan Wilson Stupid comment.
I don’t need to know about firearms in order to know how to get them
      Especially illegally

  4. All the FFL businesses should be pushing their elected officials to pass legislation requiring universal NICS on all transfers. Why? Cause it means more business and money for them, and we increase our nation’s safety. Win win win.

  5. Red flags rules means nothing if the person already owns a gun(s) before they fell off the deep edge.

  6. THE REPUBLICANS WON’T BE HAPPY UNTIL WE’RE HAVING SHOOT OUTS IN THE STREETS & SOME OF THEIR KID’S ARE KILLED AT THE MALL OR A STORE OR AT THE MOVIES ETC.ETC. SINCE THEY THINK THEY’RE IMMUNE TO WHAT THE REST OF US HAVE TO GO THROUGH IN LIFE BECAUSE THEY’RE PART OF THE ELITE!!πŸ’―πŸ˜ˆπŸ˜ˆπŸ†—πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈβœŒπŸ˜Ž

  7. I could buy a gun without a background check in under 3 days if I wanted to.
It takes me a month to get a Driver’s License.
    πŸ€”

    1. Ro G, Where do you live? I got my license approved and a temporary use license issued same day.
But I did have all the required paperwork.

  8. BS vendors at gun shows are required by law to run back ground checks because they are operating as a businesses, lots of people have been arrested for large amounts of guns at gun shows without a FFL. Next most internet retailers require you to ship the gun to a FFL to than pay $24 Dollar processing fee too purchase a gun. The only exception is Armslist and you have to physically meet the buyer other wise you will have too go through an FFL and even then the seller is criminally liable if he sells to a prohibited person. Other wise there is a very rare case like C and R guns which can be bought online without a back ground check provided the individual obtains a curio and relic license which is a long process and lots of ATF paper work and back ground checks.

  9. Background checks (Particularly for private sales) violate the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments, and the presumption of innocence guaranteed in the common law!

  10. 4:33 Red Flag “laws” violate the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 14th Amendments. And have already resulted in 1 murder by false police report!

  11. O.K……we have a system in place called the DMV, for vehicles. we could easily create a parallel system for ownership of fire arms. along with the total ban on ownership of military arms, I think this is the way to go.

  12. I think we should let out of prison all those people who murdered someone with a gun because they didn’t murder that person the gun did who is with me?

  13. the congressman ride around in gas guzzling limos and are safe with heavily armed secret service and make millions while in office but we can trust them:D

  14. “Unlicensed sales”=private sale, “universal background checks “= gun registry, “red flag laws”= guilty until proven innocent, “gun show loophole”= private sale, “boyfriend loophole “= doesn’t exist, “assault weapon “= all semi automatics including pistols
