I’m a Democrat. I lean pretty left, but hold some old-fashioned values. I really miss the days when we could disagree, but we could be friends (or at least civil) and it really was about policy and not what the far-right consider “politics” e.g. racism, women’s rights, voter’s rights, etc. Republicans USED to at least acknowledge undeniable facts – now?
