The European Union is an Economic and Political Confederation; Military Interventions are up to the National Governments of its Member States. IOW, “it doesn’t work that way, there;” the EU is not the UN nor US Congress, they’re not going to declare War on Russia. EU ‘Support’ is and will remain limited to Economic Actions, Foreign Aid, and taking in Refugees.

The European Union does not need its own army because it has the army of the European Union members. Although they do want and are planning on having a European Union army, that have a European Union uniform. They already have markings on military equipment that has the European Union flag ( it was opposed by Britain before they left the European union ). They also want a European Union police force. They have a European Union court “Court of Justice of the European Union ( CJEU ).” Each member of the European Union must abide the ruling of this CJEU.
