@Tone no a peace agreement was reached and zelensky rejected it . He is hoping for wins so he can have a better bargaining position. That isn’t going to happen.
@john mcguire If Zelensky rejected it, that means a Peace agreement was not reached!!!! I would like to add that the agreement that Russia proposed, required Ukraine to give it Land…. not self respecting Ukrainian would agree to that. Russia can’t win this war, even they know this… but they also can’t afford to lose it.
