The primary component of “doxxing” usually consist of the fact that the iformation being shared is private OR there’s a REASONABLE EXPECTATION for that shared information to remain private. Intent truly matters too. If you consider this doxxing, ANY time you post a video or a picture of someone doing something “unsavory” online, it could reasonably fall into the category of “doxing”.
