To be honest, when I heard he did a picture book, I was expecting stick figures drawn in crayon.At least we would have known what he did with some of his time in office, besides golfing of course.

He wanted it to be a pop-up but his publisher wouldn’t allow it. Did cave in on the captions only style and probably compromised on Trumps suggestion of using crayon by allowing him to scrawl in Sharpie.

One page with slider has a crowd of Puerto Ricans and Trump with his arm back ready to throw paper towels. Then you slide it and his arm goes forward, the paper towels go over the crowd, and one guy slides up out of the crowd to catch it
Next page is a scene from the lawn outside the WH residence. TV inside the residence says Stormy Daniel Tells All. Then you slide up and a very very little mushroom pokes it’s head out of the lawn.
Last page Trump standing in front of the Save America rally with word bubble “We will march to the capital” and the capital in the back right far view. You slide it and Trump goes left, while the crowd goes right.

I literally sobbed when he won. I felt an impending sense of doom. Smh… those captions!! When ppl asked me why I thought he was a poor choice for potus, I always said ” I can’t imagine him having a meaningful, intelligent or even polite conversation with any other president in history…past or present!”
