He was appointed as interim Secretary of Puerto Rico. Since the House and the Senate where not in session they where called in. All they had to do was deny or confirm Mr. Pierluisi. The House convained and did there job. The Senate having Mr. “god” Rivera Schatz as president thought other wise and on purpose did’t take it to vote saying so from the beginning.
Now, since there has to be a gobernor at all times even if the secretay is in a interim position he would be sworn in if theres a vacancy in the governors seat. If the Senate would have done there job we wouldn’t be talking about this. Mr. Tomas Rivera Schats is known to be one of the most corrutped polititian of all times, these are the things he does when things are not going his way….he loves to be in control and create chaos between other things….
