The scab on the rump of humanity is probably smart enough that he did not make the transactions, he might even be smart enough to NOT have his children make the transactions either. RUSSIAN COLLUSION DIED
There was this thing called the Civil War where a man named Abe sent a message to his friends down south that there is a new precedent being set by him in their States. They didn’t agree so they fought a war over the change in precedent. Abe won and set a new precedent. See what had happened was the Southern states succeeded from the Union and there was no answer in an old dusty scripture from 1776 so he changed it through war and changed all precedent from that moment forward. That was around 1860. Once he dismissed the constitution and went to war that constitution is broken forever. Irreversible by definition. You’re referring to the outdated original that Abe had to break. Once he prevailed the Constitution was completely changed from that day forward.
The one from 1776 isn’t considered the official US Constitution due to that. And other changes happened too but it’s safe to say Abe took care of any precedent that the federal government isn’t supreme because his Army marched all the way to the Sea. You lost the war, your land, and your right to life but Abe was kind so he worked with you to fix your land. But don’t have any doubt. When you surrendered a new precedent was set for all time because you were checkmated. You tapped out. Lost the War. The definition of precedent is war. Law is secondary. War is an extension of politics not separate.
I was wondering if impeachment has to be based on things that went on after Trump took office? In the MSNBC cult it is irrelevant but in the real world it makes a difference.

Can’t the House send an official letter to all first- and second-level White House staff, explaining that they will not be able to claim “just following orders” if the superiors do not have the authority to issue such orders, or order them to violate the Law — such as committing contempt of Congress, refusing to obey subpoenas, withholding or destroying evidence, committing perjury, etc.
