Talk is cheap..this is not a new problem. So stop taking short cuts and fix this thing correctly once and for all and stop with the patching up
This has been an on going problem for the people in the town and it has gotten worse over the years. I can recall growing up in the Port Royal and getting our water from the spring without any issue. The problem started when they put us on the city line. This is a major inconvence to the resident of the town and their business. Water Commision or what ever you call yourself, do better than that and what is the PVC pipe doing on the beach all exposed
