You call it frivolous because the mainstream media did not do a good job explaining to you what the issue is. If you listen to what Dershowitz says you will learn that this is a first in US where a US citizen (a duly elected president no less) has had their 1st amendment rights suppressed by social media platforms because they think they protect their readers 1st amendment rights. You are claiming that if I want to protest the government, I could demand to enter Trump Tower and take over their conference room, or I could enter your home and start spouting off. You could not arrest me because it would mean the trespassing law were illegal. They did not refuse service based on political beliefs. They refused service because he was inciting violence, which every publisher knows that they can refuse to do because it is illegal.

At Trump’s recent political rally, he said about paying taxes on fringe benefits, “Who knew?” When he was running for president, he bragged that he knew the tax laws better than a CPA. It appears that Trump knows almost nothing about free speech and tax laws.
