I’m pretty sure if they rule in favor of Mississippi, the control of abortion would go back to the states. Not all states will ban it.

This does not say, “State law supersedes federal law.” This does say, “Powers not given to the US (federal, state, and local governments), and powers prohibited by the Constitution, are reserved to the States or the people.”
The Constitution gives the Supreme Court the power to interpret the Constitution. The Supreme Court interpreted Roe v. Wade as a right, protected by the Constitution. Therefore, the Supreme Court’s decision, being a power granted to it by the Constitution, supersedes whatever States want to say. According to the Constitution, States rights only exist if there are no Supreme Court decisions, and no law created that opposite whatever the state wanted.
You don’t get to twist it to fit your agenda.
