The politicos have it back to front. It’s not that “Biden’s policies are popular” but that Biden’s true dedication to service results in policies to address the real needs of the American people. The approval ratings just give him a litmus test for how well he has understood those genuine needs. Most parties have judged ‘success’ only in terms of donor cash. Taylor Greene using the incident of insurrection to ask for money for her own campaign is pretty typical of the contrast.
