David Henderson: It Would Have Been Unwise For The Defense To Have Derek Chauvin Testify
he has no defence.
Doesn’t matter, we all watched what he did day after day.
Just as we did the Rodney King video, still the cops got acquited. Same thing is going to happen here.
@syngon smythe You don’t know that. Rodney King was 30 years ago.
@Tessmage Tessera Things only got worse since then!
@syngon smythe I don’t think things have gotten worse since then. I think we’re just seeing it more, thanks to new technology. Nobody was walking around with smartphone cameras 30 years ago. Cops didn’t wear body cams, either.
Itโs also unwise for him to not testify since it would decrease the chance of reasonable doubt and expose his guilt even more. Thereโs nothing wise about the defense
It would be cowardly to not have him testify! ๐คจ If you did everything right that day, why not testify? Please…. ๐ D@mn you Constitution! Crazy how you can take a man’s life and not have to explain why, how. Smh!
Democrats support TRANS-KIDS *FACT let that sink in ๐ณ
The issue being?
@The Tweatles what does that have to do with a murder trial?
An officer shoved his knee in a man’s neck for over 9 minutes and killed him. Let that sink in.
MAGA TRAITOR LOSER. Keep on LOSING,
Its sad that there are party affiliated opinions on this trial. Conservatives are a joke.
It’s glaring how certain people think, when one of George Floyd’s acquaintances pleaded the 5th they did nothing but throw out slander and make wild accusations. But now that Chauvin is pleading the 5th, it’s a-okay, that’s just how court works right? Of course, and it goes both ways. Fundamentally people have an issue with fairness, what’s good for the geese isn’t good for the gander, and that’s why we’re still having these senseless deaths, senseless hate speech, senseless violence, pure unadulterated hypocrisy.
George Floyd isn’t on trial. Bad comparison – weak.
@Mainely No, the pig who murdered him is.
@Mainely Because he was murdered.
He should have taken the stand and defended his innocence.
Oh, that’s right…
HE’S GUILTY!
yep ๐
It is hard to defend the indefensible.
He’s right, The prosecution would have a field day with him…….. His defence team basically know he has no defence……..
Itโs very rare that defendants Testify in any case .
We really don’t care anymore… Please stop reporting on this clown show…
What sort of defense would Chauvin have offered anyway?
That the SOAB had it coming to him?
OMG!! Tobin almost caused a mistrial!!
Watching the trial!!
Coward! He would have save a lot of people time, resources and money if from start he had told the truth.
I think any defense lawyer probably would have advised him to do the same, so it’s not that surprising. Still, it would have been quite interesting to hear his interpretation of his own actions that day, especially on cross-examination. But again, if I were his lawyer, I would have obviously advised the same.
Yep same here
Derek Chauvin would not need the prosecution to discredit Chauvin; Chauvin would do it to himself with his own arrogance.
Who gaf what Derek has to say.
Not letting Chauvin testify is the only smart move the Defense has made all trial. Second only to saving Kim Potter as a witness for last, so that she could be arrested before going on the stand to defend Chauvin. ๐ ๐
All bs corruption sistem like olways
yes so right here at 1 second into the video can u tell us why ur knee is on his neck?
yes as u can clearly see he was resisting.
and at 8 min can u tell us why ur knee is on his neck? yes i wasnt sure he was dead but he was still resisting.
