    1. @Rosie Iglesias i just told my friend i bet its gonna be 10x worse. they are gonna burn the city off the map. its gonna be ugly.

  1. He’s obviously writing because he can’t control his reactions. He’s lucky he has a mask hiding his face. He mind as well been the court reporter because he’s just writing to control his emotions and to avoid eye contact with anyone.

    1. @Steve Farrow just because he has one lawyer he still has paralegals and may have partners at a law firm. He’s certainly hired alot of people who helped him with the case. He’s just arguing the case and as a defense attorney you don’t have a burden to prove he only has to defend not present an entire case. The state has multiple lawyers because there speaking for the murder victim which is a greater burden it’s also faster if different lawyers argue didn’t aspects of the case. If they used one lawyer in this high profiled case the trial would take months.

  2. He didn’t need a neck restraints at all. You see George down face down handcuffed and unable to resist. They should of turned him on his side or sat him up. With a person handcuffed with his hands behind his back he is no longer a threat. You can’t even get up at all because your hands cuffed like that you can’t use your arms and hands to push yourself up.

    1. @Jayson Storm i screen shot that and put it on a reddit for dumb trumpers. Lmao “tagging? You mean tase?” You even spelled it wrong Its taze with a z.
You even put that moronic comment up twice hahaha i cant even handle this much fail

    2. @Jayson Storm also lastly your whole “point” is invalid becuase you dont murder people for what they could have done. He didnt injure a single cop but you are advocating he be treated as if he was.
And please please dont learn what “tagging” in commets means, stupid like yours is fun to watch playout.

    3. @Jesse Gerard look out bro he thinks you are gonna taze him! He might have to put hand cuffs on and put you in the hospital.

  3. It’s quite telling that no CPR was administered and once the EMS arrived the police held position on George Floyd’s body while they tried to assess his condition.

    1. @Slugg Life also you dont get to assume what the firefighter would have done, she wasnt given the chance. And its cute how you wrote “she was out for a walk, or so she says” are you trying to imply something?
And yes derek has a cpr certification, that seems hard to do since “its not taught anymore” or…. “So you say”
      Lolololol
      L

    2. @Stephen Smith im against any police brutality no matter the victim. You seem to think its ok if the person broke a law before, so if a cop decides you break a law like maybe a speeding ticket, then you are ok with them killing you on the spot.
Odd philosophy but you do you, ill just keep being against police brutality in general.

  4. The media’s reporting on this trial is so one-sided, it’s appalling.

What they won’t tell you is that yesterday was, in fact, a very bad day for the prosecution.

Use of force expert, Johnny Mercil and and police medical care training expert, Nicole MacKenzie, both badly undercut the prosecution case during cross-examination.

    1. @Ender Panda I was totally appalled and disgusted when I first saw that video….and I still am. The vision of him with his hands in his pockets pisses me off so much. I didn’t understand what he was trying to prove.
The point I am trying to make is that defense seems to be creating some reasonable doubt. And that is all they have to do.
I think everyone needs to be ready for that….and I don’t mean more riots because that is people being dicks.
Remember, the family got 27 million so I think they are good.

    2. @Wyat Indahell They got that money because the powers that be knew it was murder from the get-go and the videos show it. And just so you know, mere money can’t bring back GF or stop the grief they will suffer the rest of their lives. Money settlement is the only thing that cities and police understand. Along with large corporations.

    3. @nikki grey exactly he wasn’t doing what he was taught all round floyd would of also needed to be in the recovery position which he wasn’t aswell

    4. @Ging W yeah they really cared about him when he was alive. (Insert the biggest eye roll ever) people like you are hilarious. The type (just like his family) who care about people AFTER they die.

  5. YOUR ACT OF KINDNESS AND SERVICE SHOWS HOW BIG OF A HEART YOU HAVE FOR OTHER. THANKS FOR THE 6k YOU SUCH AMAZING *IMMEDIATELYHACKER•TECH* 😍

  6. If I were a person of color in this city I would be insulted on how they have singled out one person to take the blame or a unworthy police department.

    1. Not really as 3 other officers who I think did nothing wrong got sacked, chauvin was the senior officer and wouldn’t let them turn him over. Lane went with Floyd in the ambulance and clearly tried to help the paramedics. The chief is a spineless politician just sacked them all in days to save his own skin!

    2. @Dash DriverUK they could have gotten off him lol they aren’t innocent. The nazis said they were just following orders when on trial, that didnt work for them it shouldn’t work now.

    3. @Dash DriverUK also there were responsible officers who saw that murder in progress and called the cops on the cops. So the 3 cops that helped murder george could have stopped, and called back up to stop derek if thats what it took, or if they wanted they could have taken derek off george and attempted to resuscitate him.
They made their choice, they are responsible for what they did, and what they failed to do.

  7. The quoted text is a comment from a person who knew some of the the personal histories of George Floyd and Derek Chauvin: “Derek hated george. They had worked together in the past as bouncer at dance club. Everyone liked george, but nobody liked derek.” This fact needs to be aired in the courtroom to make the murder open to a charge of pre-meditated murder.

    1. George Floyd never worked as a bouncer! The man who first claimed that already came forward to say he mistaked Floyd for another black man. Look it up and stop spreading fake news!

    2. @Dash DriverUK You havent been watching this trial at all have you?! Its already been proven he did NOT overdose and the doctor that opened Floyd up disputed that. Chauvin’s lawyer is no longer using the drug excuse! WATCH THE TRIAL!

    3. @MAMBOJAZZ1 which doctor said that, they agreed he had high co2 but then dr Tobin and then when nekton told him they found half eat fentanyl tablets in the back of the squad car and that the first 5 minutes of having ingested it, that it can cause your chest to tighten did you see that ?

    4. @Dash DriverUK You’re not watching. The Co2 came along with no air at all in his lungs. It only proved Floyd was choked to death as Co2 is the opposite of oxygen!! And Floyd was HANDCUFFED BEFORE HE EVEN GOT IN THE SQUAD CAR! He sat handcuffed on the curb for almost 10 minutes. Just stop making excuses.

  8. 3 minutes into Chauvins neck kneeling, and one of the other officers kneeling on his back, told Chauvin, he could no longer feel a pulse. Chauvin continued his torture on Mr. Floyds dead body for another 6 minutes.

    1. @Juan Roberts …. I agree with this Foster. There’s no point in trying to justify wrong with another wrong. This was a racially motivated manslaughter. Racism exists in this world and using other crimes to justify the racism is not solving the problem.

    2. @peanut p … It looks like karma is catching up with Chauvin as well. It’s bad enough that Floyd committed crimes, but Chauvin tries to legalize his crimes by committing them behind the badge.

    3. @Highly Favored So you believe that Chauvin is a racist and killed George Floyd just because he is black?

    4. @Juan Roberts they all do. its shocking to see all the retards who think its race related.. I hope everyone who’s property was damaged in the riot sues the family for repairs due to their drug induced family member. 28 million dollars I bet they already forgot about him

    5. @Highly Favored according to your logic, he payed his dues through reprimand. and what crimes are you speaking of?

  9. I wonder if they are going to show the march 2019 arrest of Floyd, as its very similar to the may 2020 we’re he becomes difficult the moment police start dealing with him and again says he can’t breath while he is standing handcuffed with police!

    1. @Krys Bickley I ALSO SUFFERS FROM ANXIETY . AND I KNOW HOW THAT FEELS. MR FLOYD WASN’T EVEN A THREAT. HE WAS SCARED AND SAD. PLUS HIS MOTHER JUST PASSED. DEREK SHOULD RIOT IN PRISON 😡😡😡😡

    2. @Dash DriverUK he also asked to be put in the front seat. So they could have done that if he only needed to sit in the car. I get uncomfortable sitting in the back seat of cars as I feel locked in.

    3. @Krys Bickley it’s a police car you don’t ride in the front as a suspect! That’s just a no no, ride along don’t get that

    4. @Shanna Foster I would have anxiety if the cops rocked and a just shoved my methamphetamine and Fentanyl pills that is stressful but because he is a druggy, not because the police are out to get him. Do you know he said he couldn’t breath as soon as the police got their in 2019 they called Emt they checked his breathing and found he had blood pressure of 216 over 160 he was on the edge of dying that day! He panics eats a tonne of drugs then feels ill, he had a heart condition and high blood pressure that’s what killed him his drug addiction

  10. Oh boy, the Defense lawyer is fighting a war while the prosecution are engaging in skirmishes.

  11. This is crazy on so many levels. The public does not know what is being said when everyone puts on those headphones
