    1. She has successfully won a settlement against Trump’s fraudulent activities, so she has form.

    1. @Andre Samuels — LOL! The moron who stole Pelosi’s laptop when Trump’s herd of Neandrathals stormed the Capitol said she thought ot belonged to Hunter Biden! Hahaha! Trump’s ONE true success was to prove, through his herding, that human stupidity literally has no limit!

  1. Republicans & loop holes Mitch McConnell & QOP been stacking the courts for this kind of reasons

    1. @JM B My mistake on PA. Justice Thomas dissent was what I mistakenly referred to. Nonlegislative authority is not allowed to change or make voting laws which they did but SCOTUS decided not to address it due to not effecting enough votes to change the results. That was a bad and wrong decision as Justice Thomas pointed out.

    2. @JM B Well the Constitution must be changed if voting laws are to be the same in each state. I think that again gives too much power to the Feds but no matter which ever party controls the state or fed legislature can change laws if they so desire. Just because many people see the GA law as voter suppression doesn’t make it so. Once again perception is in play. If you actually read the law I don’t see voter suppression unless you consider ID’s as suppression for absentee ballots.

    3. @JM B Voting is a Partisan issue just as in any other country. Different parties stand for different ideals. How could it be nonpartisan? I don’t follow unless you have one party running or all candidates from the sane party.

    4. @JM B It certainly should be but that is politics in a nation of non thinkers who rely in the media to tell them what to think and believe. The continuing dumbing down of society.

    1. Yes, you would think he would have marched straight to his gun locker. Steel his nerves with a little blue steel. …. ‘problem solved’ . Moron culture.

    2. Nice edited quote! But it is very true- there are said to be one properly registered or legally owned gun in the US for every man. woman and child. A decently manufactured gun will last a hundred years. That really is the problem, at least until you run into the conservative estimates for those guns in possession or had by unregistered means- about half that again, a number that may include a six figure number of fully automatic machine guns. Weapons that may not be legally identifiable as guns may be entering the market before 2030. I’m not offering an opinion, just a fact and a guess at where present tech is headed. Just to give an idea how technical some of those definition s are, look up “fuel filters”. The results will expand your appreciation for the problem. FR

    3. @frederic rike I’ve read credible #’s if over 400 mil guns, which is way more than the total USA population.

    4. @james zimmerman US population 335,000000. Plus half again that, 167,500.00 equals 502,500,00. And with mediocre care, they may individually last 100 years. If all gun production stops in the US, that leaves it 100 years before all the guns now in America are unrepairable or their ammo has gone out of production. Less than three grand will get you nicely equipped with a bullet mill for a couple of calibers. There are already supposed to be “portable” electric rail guns that will throw an aluminum chunk at near sonic speed- the 1911 A1 Colt pistol round is subsonic. Other than good sense, there are no good rules for these types of weapons either.
The problem is, no amount of Executive Orders or Legislation have so far done nothing beyond cosmetic to truly affect the cause of these mass shooting crimes. I don’t believe that either is any sort of route out of this particular problem. The solutions lay in training, social consciousness (knowing that a crime committed with a gun is very bad, potentially lethal for the bad actor), much better publicly available mental health. We already have a bunch of ineffective, laughed at gun law- let’s look for a different play and better odds for a positive outlook. 2. So after Sandy Hook, Wayne LaPierre runs to a yacht to do what exactly? Hide from angry parents ready to sue his pants off? Pathetic.

    2. The commies are comming to take your guns. Hitler did the same.
Now only the criminals will have the Guns…

  3. So the chief enabler of mass shootings throughout America NEEDS to stay on a multi-million dollar yacht as a giant safe room to protect him from the consequences of his own maliciousness?

    1. @McVenison Steaks awww, so scared he needs his guns, because he is so special, he even has a special short bus he rides on

    2. @McVenison Steaks Well, which ones should they ban? The reason for going after weapons like the AR-15 is that it is grossly over represented in mass shootings and the murder of law enforcement officers (Maryland circuit court report).

  4. Charleton Heston would be rolling over in his cold, dead grave…except that rifle makes it kinda hard to move in there.

    1. @Natalie Hope
Yep. I honestly don’t know how these people continue to surprise me.
We need an NYA. National Yacht Association, it’s every Americans’ right to have a super yacht for their families protection!

    2. Is it an admission of fear, or just a fabricated excuse to cruise the open seas? I’m inclined to believe the latter.

  5. He was worried that angry people with guns were coming after him? I thought he would have been pleased by that idea.

    1. @TJ well summer 2020 showed that the guns were never for the redress of an out control government…they are for their own tyranny.

    2. @Razvan Zamfir
If a gang of liberals came to Lindsey Grahams house, he’d roll up in the fetal position and cry like a baby.

  6. This is the face of McConnell and McCarthy’s Republican party ,, swindling , conartist in the 21st century

    1. No different than Democrats or most politicians. Corrupt in one way or another. Susan Rice made 140 million during the Trump presidency.

  7. Only if those little kids at sandy hook had some way to feel safe. It’s unfortunate that they didn’t have a yacht to hide. 😠

    1. My thoughts exactly after hearing this coward’s excuse, which is a lie. Why would this Big White Man under the almighty BIG NRA not take up a few of his most powerful AK Rifles for protection??

  8. Isn’t it amazing that the head of the National Rifle Association feels “unsafe,” but somehow Americans must feel safe to send their kids to school? They can’t even see the irony!

    1. @T McAuliffe It’s all about money. I’ll be posting a video about it in the next a few days!

    2. @Bidenforthenext8years Pleasewearamask exactly! I’ll be posting a video about it in the next a few days.

    3. Ohhh, they see the irony alright, Rayan they just don’t care about the lives of others, only their own life matters to them.

    4. @McVenison Steaks Well, since I was held up at “gun point” in a “Republican” gun enthusiastic city, I’d say your theory definitely has holes in it.

  9. The scammy behavior of the NRA is not shocking at all. What is shocking is why it has taken to long to become public knowledge.

    1. This became public some time ago, shortly after Elon Musk announced he was moving to Texas, I recall reading that the NRA was going bankrupt and moving to Texas, jerks!

  10. Lemme get this straight. The head of the NRA used the Sandy Hook massacre as an excuse to go on a 108 foot yacht charged to the NRA so he could feel safe. Right.

    1. @cel lynn No, the women are self hating. Same w blacks for trump etc. Or rather the worst kind of “I feel inferior so I gravitate to bullies & become one, targeting my own kind but I can feel superior bc my side constantly reinforces both my phobias & my addictions to self soothing behaviors”

    2. He went on a yacht to feel safe, and yet we send our kids to school to die! Shouldn’t we ensure our kids are safe from harm. We send them to school to learn and grow. Instead we show them nowhere is safe, except on a yacht. Why was he afraid of his own people. He allows all the guns in their hands and then runs for safety when he doesn’t feel safe. Weak, pathetic, Hypocrite

  11. The only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun is a good 108-foot yacht with a private chef.

    1. When the constitution says “well organized militia” they probably meant the whole crew of the yatch had to be in uniform 🤷🏻‍♂️

    2. What’s really obscene, if we are to believe LaPierre’s words, is that a group of parents whose children were murdered, might take revenge against La Pierre directly because of his actions to make guns more available to crazy people. And yet, he wouldn’t — and certainly didn’t — change his lobbying group’s focus to STOPPING gun violence, instead of instigating it.

  12. NRA received donations on a national scale. Therefore, these charges should be federal. Move this to a higher court.

    1. @Andrew Wells No to what?
First, NRA is a non-profit organization & not a corporation.
Second, if they successfully re-incorporate in Texas, the benefit is looser state laws, a gun nut culture, a bought Texas executive/legislative branch & a favorable domicile state for litigation.
Third, they shall continue to have “contact” with other states through interstate commerce for jurisdictional reach in those states.
In summary, they may form other subsidiaries but the purpose of the move is to continue their corruption in a state that favors corruption from the people who are corrupt like them.

    2. @Joseph De la torre hi, I’m pretty sure NRA stands for No Republican Accountability.
      Maybe not.

    3. NRA was also a Russian money laundering organization funneling money into the Republican party. Hundreds of millions of dollars.

  13. Remarkable , Wayne is able to recognize that having his own guns won’t protect him from his enemies guns, so he finds it necessary to get out on the water away from everyone.

    1. LaPierre’s not a shooter; he’s so inept with firearms that nobody will stand around him if he picks one up. Not that it’s necessary for an administrator to master the skills of his organization’s members (the last three US Presidents have no military service, and the last to have meaningful duty was Jimmy Carter) but LaPierre has no love for shooting sports; he loves grift, and apparently clothes and yachts.

  14. Ms. James is a BEAST, finally someone who has the guts to go after the 2 BIGGEST conmen since Bernie Madoff was given a dose. U go girl

    1. YOU said it! I admire her SO MUCH! And Rachel Maddow! 🤹‍♀️ 🤹‍♀️ 🤹‍♀️

This is what American men and women all used to want to be like! Before mass narcissism set in, and then that worst plague of all diseases, Trumpism.
