Crisis Intervention Officer Says Critical Decision Making Model Is 'Dynamic' In Changing Situations
Choking a guy with your knee for 9:29 is felony murder nothing less.
Indeed!!!!!! Nothing less
Wow, that lawyer sure is an expert in crisis managment!
Sounds like they’re trying to blame the witnesses for having objected to someone kneeling on another (handcuffed) person for almost 10 minutes, that’s pretty scummy
they are, their actual; position is that an ‘angry mob’ distracted the defendant and somehow that contributed to Floyeds death it’s a transparently silly argument though, and it just shows that the defense consul is grasping at straws here
If crisis intervention dictates that you place your knee on someone’s neck for over 9 mins, then the model for critical intervention training needs to change. It’s not difficult.
Holding your knee on a human beings neck for 9 minutes doesn’t just “look” bad, it is bad.
In reality it was only on his neck for seconds. That’s why the prosecutors only presented the picture of it. Cheers
@toronto daddy yes you’re right five hundred forty seconds = nine minutes
@Last Man Standing Seek help
So how can a deceased person actively resist.
The psychosis that Chauvin displayed should have called for a drug test.
they did a drug test Fentanyl floyd over dosed lol
@Franky Rozzello Well, that’s not what the doctor that tried to save him said. Or the autopsy report for thtat matter. I think you have been watching too much fake news, or smocked too much Covfefe
Whar would lawyers do for money and fame? Ask this man. He has no back bone, he is the perfect candidate for such answer.
Since when does ‘distraction’ justify blue genocide?!?!
So now the bystanders are on trial! 🙄🤨 This defense team just keep blaming everyone but Chauvin. Smh! If Chauvin has any moral within him, he should take full responsibility and stop this show.
To be fair, that is their job, but it still sucks.
Can’t wait to see what goofball witnesses the Defense call. I hear Rudy will say whatever you want for a $50 per diem and a ham sandwich! 🥪
You don’t even need the cash or a ham sandwich. He’ll take a coupon for Just For Men hair dye and a bottle of gasex
That so called lawyer is a joke
Blaming the witnesses, wow, I wouldn’t hire him for a traffic ticket
When does Crisis Intervention equal knee on neck of a cuffed individual for 9 minutes??
The defense is boring and desperate!! He is throwing everything out there he can!
This was murder!!
The bozos that claim it was a overdose deserve the worst
Police action can look really bad. So can watching a murder in real time.
Very true BUT NOT in this case . Nine minutes and twenty nine seconds . FOUR Officers on him ……………. 9 minutes and 29 seconds ……………………….. MURDER
Its not others that are looking, its the victim that is DYING!!! HE IS A DRUNK!!! Chase him out the court room!!!
Q: … and you murdered a man?
A: Never!
One way to defuse an “escalating tense situation” that’s caused by kneeling on someone’s neck, is to stop kneeling on their neck.
