I have found that Reuters, BBC, Bloomberg and AP give the best chance of a middle of the road perspective. CNN, MSNBC, Fox, Newsmax, OAN….are anything but middle of the road. I spend a lot of time fact checking.

@Cold Beer You’ve never heard of tied aid? It’s been the norm, or at least a norm, of diplomacy for as long as there’s been aid. I studied international development sometime last century and it was definitely considered normal practice in Australian aid distribution at that time.
