@Jean Vandorst Hmm, just wondering if you’ve done any background research on Yang at all. He founded a nonprofit specifically for training people to start new businesses. He’s even gone on record saying it wasn’t enough – “Pouring water in a bathtub with a gigantic hole in the bottom of it” and whatnot. And there are various reasons why breaking up corporations won’t necessarily work.
You may also not realize that Yang has said on record that he is actually for raising the minimum wage, but again, that doesn’t help the stay at home parents or caregivers (which you still have not commented on). We’ll just have to disagree about which candidates are “for the people”, because I guarantee that Yang is.

Let’s be real – raising the minimum wage won’t do anything but cut hours (and probably benefits) for employees, so it won’t matter in the end. Yang knows UBI is the better option here, paid for by VAT taxes. If you can’t see that and continue to ignore the data, then that’s on you.
