The last time if my memory serve me correctly I think the local government section said yes them ready I do not know why Jamaican people continue to pay taxes

Listen this country is not ready a few days ago I was driving in Westmoreland and rain fell, I can’t believe… I couldn’t see the road the drain were overflowing I don’t know this country is not ready for nothing.
