110K Restaurants Have Closed During The Pandemic | Stephanie Ruhle | MSNBC
Pretty sure trump’s businesses got enough aid thanks to that weasel Mnuchin, oh and trump’s golf buddies 🤦🏻♀️
@Tron Who said I was upset?
Ps. Don’t assume my gender. I am a woman.
@Lloyd B M4A??? Dude the United States is insolvent. We are broke.
@Constituent A She ran for Senate in 2016. And Mnuchin donated again in 2020.
@Dillon McCluskey Yes, I know she ran for Senate in 2016. You apparently didn’t know what she ran for in 2016. You typed, “Guess who donated to her campaign when she was running for president?
” Mnuchin did not donate to her campaign in 2020.
@Dillon McCluskey
Lmaoooooo
Naw chenkov
I’m loving the idea of joining and working by your side my dear little Pavlov
You can teach me the ropes of earning that extra ration of turnip soup
How’s that’s taste by the way ?
Thanks for nothing Mitch! 🙄
If you voted Democrat don’t complain
@Lloyd B Last October? You mean before the pandemic started? 🤔
Ok, Lloyd! 😅😂🤣
@John Solberg 👈 Thinks Mitch is a Democrat? 🤔
Why Mitch? In California, newsom closed the restaurants. I don’t think businesses are closed in Texas
@McDonald Asperger if we cut all the checks going to dead beats that don’t work they might stop voting Democrat, right Ro G.
That’s (sad)….. Because it didn’t have to be this way!
How so?
Yes maybe if democrats would have worked with Trump instead of resisting everything just because of blind hate
Thanks for dragging your feet mitch
And just who’s fault is it ? ..
If everyday folks within the US of A cannot “afford” to pay housing cost, including food to an extent, how can any business stay open without paying customers….
@David Hale You were shreiking about how you were going to help Trump win Hale. What happened?
@Drake Fire when did I ever say that ? Man you really haven’t got anything right today.
Again wrong.
@David Hale Aw, so you don’t remember hyping up Trump over the past several months?
Then you should get your dementia checked out.
@Drake Fire oh so I’m supposed to take your word for it ?
Hahahaha I don’t think so.
I’ve never said any of that. You must be mistaken me for someone else. I know you think we all look alike. But wrong again.
Just more hilarious stupidity from you.
@David Hale I know projection is the only thing Republicans have at this point, but the fact you think everyone is stupid enough to fall for your lies, despite your reputation is just sad.
Yeah and 300k people had died.
My daughter lost her job due to the restaurant closing. That guy on the right brought up a good point though—the trickle-down effect once restaurants are closed. I feel bad for those who work in the industry. The celebrity chefs will be ok as well as the wealthy restaurant owners. But there are owners/managers who put their life savings into their cafe or small local restaurant/bar who will lose everything or have lost it already. Such a shame.
Just like every other industry, which relies on minimum wage workers., hospitality and leisure for one.
People can start cooking for themselves
… way cheaper than buying food… too many fast food chains are not cheaper or healthier…
The fast food chains are open though. It’s the local restaurants that are closing.
They should all be closed. Sucks that your buissnes turned out to be a vector for transmission of a contagious disease. Time to look for new work
I feel sorry for the eateries businesses. It’s getting colder and nastier, and eating outside is no fun.
Mitch is screwing around and this is what happens.
Woow woow 😍💋 💝💖❤️
I miss my souplantation😭😭😭
A building built as a restaurant isn’t good for much else. So once the pandemic is in the rear view mirror those places will reopen as restaurants. But they won’t be owned by your neighbors and friends, they will be owned by the big corporations that contribute to………….guess who.
Step 1. control the pandemic … see the countries which did so. Step 2. maintain step 1.
We can thank the Trump administration for running this country into the ground.
110,000 restaurants didn’t “close during the pandemic”, they had to shut their doors permanently because government forced them out of business. _FULL STOP._
Multi millionaire restaurants got PPP ahead of mom and pop stores. 😡
@Jonathan Mol I know, right? You can only count on government to royally screw things up and ruin lives, not save them.
@XMattingly If only there was such a thing as homemade politics.
I know the mom and pop culture has a great taste.
Billionaire Televangelists got PPP ahead of mom and pop stores.
The airline industry Already got a bailout.
I can buy a bag of peanuts at the gas station and puke in my toilet if I feel queasy.
These restaurants ended up closing permanently because their state governors ordered them to close. They operate on such a narrow margin anyway. That is the truth. Full stop.
And of course Hedge Fund Barbie really cares.
