@Freedom B The rules of the House on such impeachment inquiry do NOT require that a vote to be taken to start such investigation so that is irrelevant. Also the Constitution does not require them to take such a vote. The only vote that is required is the vote on the Articles of Impeachment that are decided on after the inquiry is concluded. You need to get educated sweetie and those clips are spot on showing the blatant hypocrites on the Republican side.
